Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
• 8-15 years HR experience in a 24x7 operational/facilities environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing industrial relations and employee relations matters in an Award covered workforce.
• Strong working knowledge of the Manufacturing Award, Fair Work Act, NES and Australian employment law.
• Experience advising leaders on rostering, shift work, overtime, allowances and workforce arrangements.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary matters, performance management and grievances.
• Strong IR judgement and commercial acumen.
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary People and Culture advisor to Operations leaders on IR and ER matters.
• Interpret and apply the Manufacturing Award and applicable employment legislation and instruments.
• Provide advice on classifications, remuneration, rostering, hours of work, leave and related matters.
• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure legally compliant processes with external legal advisors when required.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and risks.
• Provide coaching to site managers on people, performance and conduct.
• Use data to identify trends and actions relating to turnover and engagement.
• Lead the Recruiter Talent Acquisition team and performance management framework implementation.
