Job summary

Lighthouse Service Partners is a people-first trades company partnering with home service businesses across Australia. You will step in with the Managing Director as a leadership partner to own P&L, drive growth and report to senior leadership.

You’ll build and lead teams, drive operational excellence, and refine strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale the business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SMB general management or senior leadership roles.
• Strong FP&A capabilities: budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• Excellent people skills and ability to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Director to share leadership and split responsibilities.
• Own the P&L and drive gross profit and EBITDA growth with reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and lead high-performing teams and develop the next generation of managers.
• Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people.
• Improve customer experience through data-informed decisions and strategy.
• Set corporate strategy, move quickly, and collaborate with product, finance and integration teams.
