You’ll step in alongside the Managing Director and become their true leadership partner, owning every part of the business and driving it to the next level.

Qualifications

• Track record of driving impact and beating targets in senior leadership roles
• Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, financial management, P&L ownership
• High emotional intelligence and ability to develop others
• Resourceful, scrappy mindset with a hands-on approach
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
• MBA or equivalent is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director as a leadership team and align responsibilities
• Own the P&L and drive gross profit and EBITDA, with reporting to leadership
• Build and lead high-performing teams and develop future managers
• Drive operational excellence across systems, processes and people
• Improve customer experience through close customer focus
• Set strategy, move quickly and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with product, finance and integration teams

The Opportunity

You'll step in alongside an established, successful entrepreneur — the Managing Director who built this business from the ground up — and become their true leadership partner. Together you'll own every part of the business, split responsibilities based on your strengths, and drive it to its next level. What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Managing Director as a seamless leadership team, dividing responsibilities to match your respective strengths
• Own the P&L — drive gross profit and EBITDA growth, and own reporting to senior leadership
• Build and lead high-performing teams, and develop the next generation of managers
• Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people
• Get close to the customer and relentlessly improve their experience
• Set strategy, move fast, and make data-informed calls
• Collaborate across Lighthouse's product, finance, and integration teams

What You Bring

• A track record of driving impact and beating targets — SMB general management or senior leadership experience a plus
• Strong FP&A chops: budgeting, financial management, P&L ownership
• High EQ, sharp people instincts, and a genuine interest in developing others
• A resourceful, scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
• A degree (MBA or equivalent a bonus, not a requirement)
