Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience within a technology environment.
• Experience working with technology squads and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong backlog management, prioritisation and delivery experience across multiple workstreams.
• Experience driving adoption, optimisation or continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience across automation, testing, DevOps, CI/CD or release management would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work across technology squads to understand their automation needs, priorities and delivery requirements.
• Own and manage the backlog of automation work, ensuring priorities are agreed and delivery is progressing.
• Work closely with Automation Engineers to plan and coordinate delivery across multiple squads.
• Identify where existing automation solutions need to be fixed, enhanced or optimised, and drive these improvements through to delivery.
• Support squads with the adoption of Intelligent Testing and Release Automation, helping remove blockers and improve usage.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities across multiple squads.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activity across the automation workstream and ensure key actions are followed through.
• Work with technical stakeholders to understand issues and translate them into practical solutions and improvements.
• Use adoption and delivery data to identify where further support or optimisation is required.
• Help scale automation solutions across the organisation and ensure they continue to deliver business value.
