Qualificações

Essential: degree or diploma with business focus.
Minimum five years in a business leadership role with P&L responsibility.
Proven experience leading large, remote teams and delivering results.
Strong problem solving and communication skills across levels.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development and deployment of operational improvements across the business.
Champion digital agenda from an operational perspective.
Provide input for infield technology development with stakeholders.
Develop current and future operational leaders and support branches.
Support productivity through new planning processes and change initiatives.
Ensure training, compliance, and safety standards via RTO and SOPs.
Manage staff resources and retention strategies.
