Rentokil Initial in Australia seeks a senior Operational Leader to drive our operational excellence strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman. You will bridge field execution, digital platforms, and commercial growth, reporting to the Operations Director - Australia.

This is a hands-on role focused on migration to next-gen platforms, sustainable supply chains, and scalable people development with emphasis on safety, governance, and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operational leadership with direct P&L accountability.
• Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to drive ROI.
• Experience in developing SOPs and leading large-scale change.
• Digital platform rollouts and regulatory familiarity (e.g. RTO).
• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman regions.
• Oversee migration to next-gen platforms and digital tools; drive tech adoption.
• Develop sustainable supply chains and optimize resource productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, 3PL, and global stakeholders to reduce costs.
• Ensure safety, governance and 100% compliance with WHS/OHS.
