Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operational leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with evidence of delivering ROI.
• Experience in SOPs, large-scale change initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman operations.
• Drive migration to next-gen platforms and sustainable supply chains.
• Build data-driven reporting and frontline visibility for managers.
• Oversee safety, compliance and governance across WHS/OHS and SWMS.
• Collaborate with procurement, 3PL, and global stakeholders to optimize costs.
