SEEK is hiring a part-time Order Fulfilment & Store Assistant in Oakleigh, VIC. You will pick, pack and dispatch online orders, update statuses, book shipments and keep customers informed. You’ll help with stock, assist customers in-store, and support the team with training provided.

The role emphasizes organisation, computer use, and a readiness to be on your feet, with full training available.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to stay focused during busy periods.
• Comfortable using a computer, email and online systems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct orders are fulfilled.
• Able to lift boxes and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Friendly and clear in written and spoken communication with customers.
• Capable of working solo and managing time effectively.
• Experience in warehousing, dispatch or retail is helpful but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
• Process orders and update order statuses on the website.
• Book shipments and track parcels with Australia Post, follow up on delays.
• Keep customers updated by email and phone.
• Unpack incoming stock, check deliveries and stock shelves.
• Keep packing area and stockroom clean and organised.
• Assist with stock takes and general admin.
• Help in-store customers with product questions and purchases.
