Job summary

Aptella is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our mining technology division. You will coordinate field technicians and resources, manage project schedules from planning through delivery, and work closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Your role focuses on keeping projects on track, supporting technicians, and delivering high standards of service across mining technology projects. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, field service, technical operations or project coordination.
• Exposure to mining, operational technology or technical environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder communication skills.

Operations Coordinator – MiningBalcatta, WA

This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll bring togetherpeople, projects, customers and technology.

You’ll coordinate field technicians and resources, help manage projects from planning through to completion and work closely with customers, Sales Operations, Logistics and technical teams to keep everything moving.

You’ll play an important role in keeping projects on track, supporting our technicians and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate field technicians, project schedules and resources
• Support projects from planning through to successful delivery
