Job summary

Position Partners is a leading technology-enabled mining solutions provider based in Western Australia, seeking an Operations Coordinator – Mining in Balcatta. This hands-on role brings together people, projects, customers and technology to keep field operations moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll coordinate field technicians and resources, support projects from planning through to delivery, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Logistics and technical teams to meet timelines and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, field service, technical operations or project coordination.
• Exposure to mining, operational technology or technical environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• A strong safety mindset.
• Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and spend time away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field technicians, project schedules and resources.
• Support projects from planning through to successful delivery.
• Help ensure projects meet customer requirements, timelines and safety standards.
• Work closely with Sales Operations and Logistics to coordinate equipment and materials.
• Provide operational support across mining technology projects.
• Build strong customer relationships and help resolve project or service issues.
• Support technician onboarding, development and ongoing technical training.
• Assist with new product and technology rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and customer experience.
