Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Coordinating professional in Australia to support the operations team and ensure daily objectives are met with focus on safety and效率. You will assist in resource planning, task assignment, and performance tracking in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven operational experience in logistics, leadership ability, and strong time management to handle multiple priorities while delivering high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS - Manhattan ideally) experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Proven customer facing/external stakeholder experience.
• Effective time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational team to meet daily objectives and safety standards.
• Communicate daily objectives and assign tasks to team members.
• Plan resources to achieve desirable outcomes aligned with SLAs.
• Track operational performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements.
