DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking experienced operational leaders for a Supervisors role based in Melbourne. You will lead large teams, manage resources and partner with customers to deliver innovative logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse or transport environment.
• Experience with automated warehouses is desirable.
• Proven performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with WMS systems, preferably Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Manage and develop a large operational team, cultivating growth and excellence.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and improve productivity.
