Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily container unloading and labour hire operations across Brisbane with the Operations Manager.
• Manage workforce allocations, employee bookings, and rostering.
• Liaise with clients, Area Supervisors, and employees to meet service delivery expectations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and workforce planning.
• Conduct site visits to monitor performance and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with incident investigations, hazard reporting, and safety initiatives.
• Promote compliance with procedures, client requirements and WHS obligations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and workforce performance across sites.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Help resolve operational, client and employee-related issues.
