Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing paperwork from the sales team.
• Preparing and issuing picking sheets to warehouse staff.
• Coordinating daily dispatches and ensuring orders are ready for delivery.
• Booking couriers and organising freight.
• Using the Capital Transport portal to manage transport bookings.
• Contacting customer sites to coordinate deliveries and confirm requirements.
• Liaising with warehouse staff, sales and transport companies.
• Ensuring all dispatch paperwork and documentation is accurate and up to date.
