InfraBuild Reinforcing invites applications for an Operations Coordinator to join our Coopers Plains site, Brisbane. The role drives inventory control, despatch coordination, and operational administration across production and procurement.

You’ll partner with site leadership to maintain stock accuracy and support transport and traceability requirements. You will work in a hands-on capacity, balancing desk-based admin with on-site engagement to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily stock counts, cycle counts, stocktakes and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor production, work in progress and despatch activities, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Track and reconcile scrap inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Raise and receipt purchase orders and provide administrative support across operations.
• Build strong relationships with production partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Support quality, audit and product traceability requirements and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Balance administrative tasks with regular site engagement and on-the-floor operational work.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this newly created Operations Coordinator position will play a pivotal role in the establishment and day to day operation of our Coopers Plains facility, supporting both InfraBuild Reinforcing and ARC.

This hands-on role offers a unique blend of inventory control, despatch coordination, operational administration and stakeholder management. Working closely with site leadership and production partners, you'll oversee stock counts, stocktakes and reconciliations, coordinate production and despatch activities, manage purchase orders and deliver accurate operational reporting.

As a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting product traceability and compliance requirements, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of production, procurement and transport activities across the site.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct daily stock counts, cycle counts, stocktakes and stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor and report on production, work in progress and despatch activities, providing timely operational updates to key stakeholders
• Track and reconcile scrap inventory, ensuring accurate stock records and reporting
• Raise and receipt purchase orders while providing administrative support across operational functions
• Build strong working relationships with production partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operations
• Support quality, audit and product traceability requirements, maintaining compliance with operational procedures and standards
• Balance administrative responsibilities with regular site engagement, including conducting physical stock and inventory checks

What you will bring:

• Experience in an operations, inventory, logistics, despatch or administration role
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning and navigating multiple systems
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory management, reporting and data entry
• The ability to work autonomously, take ownership of your workload and effectively manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across internal and external teams
• A proactive hands on approach, with a willingness to balance administrative responsibilities and time spent on the operational floor
