Job summary

Kangaroo Bus Lines in Burpengary, Queensland invites an enthusiastic Full-time Operations Control Centre Operator to monitor our network and support our driving team in delivering safe, reliable services. Based at our depot, you will coordinate service delivery to TransLink, schools, charter, event and touring customers, using maps and tracking tech while communicating clearly by phone and radio.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for people and customer service.
• Be an exceptional communicator and able to communicate professionally via phone and radio.
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to follow all policies and procedures.
• Ability to read maps and understand tracking technologies.
• Problem solve to find safe and timely solutions.
• Be detail oriented and able to see the bigger picture.
• Collaborate well with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide direction to drivers, both new and experienced.
• Have strong computer skills and learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster with early starts, late finishes and some weekends.

Responsibilities
