Job summary

Kangaroo Bus Lines in Burpengary, Queensland invites an enthusiastic Full-time Operations Control Centre Operator to monitor our network and support our driving team in delivering safe, reliable services. Based at our depot, you will coordinate service delivery to TransLink, schools, charter, event and touring customers, using maps and tracking tech while communicating clearly by phone and radio.

• Provide direction to drivers, both new and experienced.
• Have strong computer skills and learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster with early starts, late finishes and some weekends.

THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Full time Operations Control Centre Operator to assist in monitoring our network, someone who believes in our principles of People, Pride and Passion, always puts safety first and enjoys working in an environment that presents new challenges every day.

Based at our purpose-built depot in Burpengary, our Operations Control Centre Officers play a key part in what makes our business tick. As part of our Service Delivery team, this role supports our driving team to ensure we deliver our service promises to TransLink, our Schools, and our valued charter, event and touring customers.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will need to:

Have a Qld Drivers Licence - it would be an advantage to hold a MR or higher class
