Job summary

Kangaroo Bus Lines is offering full-time bus driver roles across Brisbane and South East Queensland. You’ll drive on school excursions, TransLink services, tours and express Brisbane–Sydney routes, delivering safe, friendly service to customers and maintaining a professional image on every trip.

Qualifications

• Hold a QLD Heavy Rigid (HR) licence; MR considered.
• Hold a QLD Drivers Authorisation (DA) – General class.
• Prior bus driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Strong communication and presentation.
• Committed to safety, professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate across School Excursions, TransLink services, tours and charter work.
• Manage express services (Brisbane–Sydney).
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Maintain safety and professionalism on every trip.

We are excited to offer Full time opportunities to join our Bus and Coach team. After successfully securing a new contract for a Brisbane to Sydney express route with Flix bus we are looking to increase our team of drivers offering a great mix of local charter, touring and express service work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Express Services (Brisbane – Sydney)

Skills & Experience

• A current QLD Heavy Rigid (HR) driving licence (MR Considered)
• A current QLD Drivers Authorisation (DA) – Class General
• Prior bus driving experience preferred, heavy vehicle experience highly regarded
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment functional medical
• Strong communication skills and good presentation
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism and customer service
