Job summary

Harvey Norman Wiley Park is seeking an Operations Clerk to join the team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers at the Wiley Park store.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, able to work collaboratively, and flexible across retail trading hours including weekends and late nights. This part-time role offers progression within a trusted national brand and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.

• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
