Job summary

Harvey Norman Wiley Park is seeking a part-time Operations Clerk to join our team and deliver Great Service to customers. You will be the frontline in-store support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and flexibility across retail hours, including weekends and late nights. Cash handling and POS experience are desirable.

• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
