Job summary

Harvey Norman Gepps Cross is seeking an Operations Clerk who is passionate about retail and customer service. You will help deliver Great Service, Always! to customers and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Harvey Norman Gepps Cross Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team enviroment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Be organised and efficient
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
