Job summary

TCR International in Perth is seeking an Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operations, keep timesheets and work orders running smoothly, and assist teams in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will process orders, manage data entry, and perform general office duties while promoting safety. Experience with Office365 and SAP is valued, as is prior work in dealership or workshop settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office365 - Word and Excel.
• Accurate and timely data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments.
• Maintain and own timesheet processing.
• General office duties including mail, scanning, filing and archiving.
• Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.
• Promote a safety-first approach.
• Acquire exposure to the aviation industry.
