Job summary

TCR Group in Adelaide is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, plan daily workflow and keep the parts store accurate and organised.

You will support technicians, monitor progress and complete SAP/FSM administration, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A people-oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility.
• Someone who takes ownership and works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone seeking long-term career growth.
• Some with a relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic and strong practical technical aptitude.

The Opportunity

As a Supervisor, you'll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly.
