Metro North Health in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on operations leader to coordinate daily duties, support staff, and drive quality improvement for high‑quality service delivery.

In this role you will optimise rostering with computerised systems, monitor performance, support staff development, and collaborate with the Operations team within the Queensland Government.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating daily operations and rostering using computerised systems.
• Ability to supervise staff and implement performance development plans.
• Strong understanding of workplace health & safety and anti-discrimination practices.
