Job summary

Wotton Kearney in Sydney is seeking an Operating Model Lead to design and embed the firm’s future operating model. You will lead firm-wide initiatives in operating model design, process transformation and organisational effectiveness, reporting to the COO.

Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Client Operations & Digital Adoption, Finance, Legal Operations and the Chief Technology & AI Officer to reimagine how work is organized, delivered and governed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record leading business transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong capability in process redesign and improvement, with Lean Six Sigma or BPM.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of WK's operating model across services and legal delivery functions.
• Develop future-state operating models, governance frameworks and service delivery structures.
• Drive end-to-end process redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to leverage automation, digital solutions, and AI.
• Lead organisational improvement initiatives to simplify work and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to align and implement changes.
• Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and programs.
• Establish process standards, governance and continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor progress and benefits realization, reporting outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on operating model design.
