Job summary

Talent Corp in Melbourne is seeking a Transformation Director to lead an enterprise-wide operating model transformation and a shared services approach across finance, HR, procurement, and more. You will partner with C-Suite leaders, oversee end-to-end delivery for current and future state operating models, and drive organisational change through a large program.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the C-suite with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience leading complex, multi-stream transformation programs.
• Strong experience designing and implementing operating models and shared services.
• Experience delivering transformation across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Property, Legal, Risk, Compliance).
• Exceptional C-Suite stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with large program budgets.
• Proven experience leading workforce and cultural change.
• High visibility role reporting directly to the C-Suite.
• Secure a 5-year role and capability to hire a team.

Transformation Director - Operating Model

• Lead a major enterprise-wide operating model transformation
• Partner with several C-Suite members across corporate functions
• High visibility role within a large transformation program

We are on the lookout for an Senior Leader to take ownership an enterprise Operations and Service Delivery Transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery for current state and future-state operating model and shared services model across several shared functions (Finance, People and Culture, Procurement, Facilities, Property, Legal, Risk and Compliance). You will bring together business transformation, process redesign, enterprise technology, organisational change and supplier delivery to achieve sustainable operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Several years' experience in leading complex, multi-stream business and technology transformation programs.
• Strong experience designing and implementing operating models and shared services transformation.
• Experience delivering transformation across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Property, Legal, Risk or Compliance.
• Exceptional C-Suite stakeholder engagement, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including large program budgets, suppliers and benefits realisation.
