Wotton Kearney is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our transformation team in Sydney. Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, operational improvement or transformation-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing performance measures, analysing results and tracking outcomes.
• Strong capability in reporting, data analysis and business performance measurement.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain baseline measures across productivity, utilisation, service delivery, capacity and business performance.
• Track, measure and report on benefits delivered through transformation and business improvement initiatives.
• Support business case development, value measurement and benefits realisation activities.
• Produce reporting, analysis and insights that support executive decision-making.
• Analyse business processes, service delivery models and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements, document current and future state processes and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Support operating model reviews, organisational improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
• Maintain governance documentation including RAID logs, action registers, decision logs and dependency trackers.
• Prepare reporting and materials for governance forums, steering committees and leadership teams.
• Support project planning, delivery coordination and transformation reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, service quality and client outcomes.
• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to support the adoption of automation, digital solutions and AI-enabled ways of working.
