Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Senior Operating Model and Workforce Transformation Lead for Avanade Next. You will own the AI-native operating models and ways of working, guiding enterprise-scale changes across APAC.

You'll advise Boards and COOs on how AI reshapes roles, teams, governance and leadership, and you will drive capability development and governance design to scale the human-plus-agent model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operating model, organisation design or workforce transformation in a major consulting environment.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale operating model change.
• Substantive understanding of agentic systems and what supervising them requires.
• Strong grounding in governance, accountability, decision rights and management system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-Native Models & Ways of Working domain across APAC and lead design of operating models, workforce structures and leadership practices.
• Advise Boards, CEOs, COOs and Chief People Officers on how AI changes the organisation, work and leadership model.
• Lead target operating model, organisation design, role redesign, skills planning and management system work at scale.
• Build operating model capability across APAC through hiring, mentoring and developing the practice.
