Red Hat is seeking a Customer Site Reliability Engineer to join the OpenShift Managed Cloud Services team. You will manage large-scale distributed systems, lead complex incident responses, and drive automation to improve reliability and performance.

The role emphasizes customer-facing leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability. You should have strong OpenShift/Kubernetes experience, Linux in cloud environments, and solid Node/Go or scripting

Competenze

• Proficient with OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms and administration.
• Linux-based systems in public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, preferably Prometheus.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Software engineering background; Go (Golang) preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with industry trends.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for complex systems and incidents.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and common protocols.
