Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited (PLS) is seeking a Drill Supervisor to lead on-site drilling operations at the Pilgangoora Operation, delivering weekly targets and continuous improvements in safety and efficiency.

This permanent role offers an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, people leadership opportunities, and a focus on safe, productive drilling within a dynamic mining team committed to the company’s values and the energy transition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years open pit mining or quarry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (or application).
• Manual C Class licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for drilling team and drive safety culture.
• Coordinate drilling teams for safe, efficient operations and planning.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and conduct daily pit inspections.
• Plan with blasting supervisor to meet schedules and budgets.
• Oversee maintenance of drilling equipment and quality control.
