Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Mining Supervisor at our Pilgangoora operation in the Pilbara region. The role will oversee safe, efficient mining execution on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO within the Pilbara. Lead hands, coach teams, manage incidents and ensure WHS compliance across the site.

Qualifications include S26 Statutory Supervisor, RII surface extraction certs, and a current police clearance. WA DMIRS knowledge and strong safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in open-cut mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment, processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience with WA DMIRS guidelines and WHS risk sections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent compliance with WHS requirements across site.
• Build and maintain a safety-focused, team-based culture.
• Manage direct reports and address work-related issues.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Direct tasks and ensure alignment with the mine plan.
• Manage and report production and safety metrics as directed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver the mine plan.
• Attend mine plan meetings and own weekly execution.
