Job summary

EZRA is seeking an Operational Shared Services Specialist in Sydney (hybrid). You will own end‑to‑end registration for open enrolment programs and coordinate with Customer Success, Billing, and Tech to ensure accurate revenue processing.

You will leverage EZRA systems, document workflows in Confluence, and support data hygiene and post‑launch activities while aligning with global teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in back office or administrative role.
• Experience with financial processes and PO/payment methods.
• Ability to follow and document processes.
• Experience working with technical systems.
• Willingness to collaborate across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end registration and launch management for open enrolment programs.
• Manage global coaching program extension requests.
• Leverage EZRA systems for order processing and revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Billing, and Configuration teams.
• Identify blockers and risks to expedite revenue recognition and maintain accuracy.
• Document processes for open enrolment programs using Confluence.
• Handle multiple inboxes and chase incomplete registrations.
• Coordinate invoicing with Billing and monitor SLAs.
