Job summary

EZRA is seeking an Operational Shared Services Specialist to join our Hybrid Sydney team. You will own end-to-end registration, coordinate with Customer Success, Billing, and Configuration teams, and ensure accurate revenue recognition across open enrolment programs.

You will document processes, manage multiple inboxes, and participate in UAT to improve EZRA functionality. A global, collaborative mindset and continuous improvement focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Experience working with technical systems.
• Understand financial processes and how to manage POs and payment methods.
• The ability to build collaboration locally and globally.
• Committed to continuous improvement and streamlining of processes, can balance operational needs with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end registration and launch management for open enrolment programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Billing, and the Configuration teams to execute on E2E workflow.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks across OSS workflows to expedite revenue recognition and maintain accuracy.
• Document processes for all open enrolment programs using Confluence.
• Join account team calls and participate in UAT for updated EZRA functionality.
