Job summary

Educate Early Learning on the Central Coast seeks a confident Nominated Supervisor to lead Woodport OOSH, delivering Before/After School and vacation care with a trusted team. You’ll ensure safety, compliance, and a positive, engaging program for children and families.

You will mentor Educators, manage enrolments and rosters, and partner with a new GM and management team to drive quality care. This permanent role offers above-award pay and opportunities for leadership progression.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA recognised)
• Working With Children Check and CHCPRT025 or equivalent
• Current Education & Care First Aid and CPR
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
• National Foundations of Child Safety Training
• Working knowledge of MTOP, the NQS and the Assessment & Rating process (desirable, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Educators
• Build a positive team culture and a fun, engaging, play-based program
• Keep the service compliant with legislation, our policies and the National Quality Standards
• Managing enrolments, rosters, ratios, vacation care planning and attendance
• Keeping children and Educators safe and well
• Building genuine relationships with children, families and the school community
