Job summary

Adamstown OOSH is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator / Nominated Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive and high-quality service for school-aged children. You will manage a team of educators and report to a volunteer Management Committee while upholding the National Quality Framework and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in OOSH or related early childhood environments.
• Commitment to high-quality experiences for school-aged children.
• Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place.
• Working with Children Check and relevant NSW training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the OOSH service.
• Provide leadership and support to educators.
• Ensure staffing, ratios and supervising arrangements.
• Oversee educational program delivery aligned with My Time, Our Place.
• Promote child safety, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Support performance, development and team culture.
• Manage enrolments, attendance, Xplor and records.
• Assist financial administration and reporting to the Committee.
• Oversee compliance and incidents, liaising with the Committee.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the community.
