Job summary

St Nicholas seeks an enthusiastic OOSH Coordinator / Educational Leader to oversee the OOSH service at Chisholm. You will lead a team delivering high-quality education and care for school-aged children, ensuring compliance and strong educational leadership.

The role is permanent part-time (35 hours per week) with split or block shifts across before/after school and vacation care. Availability for vacation care hours (6:30am–6:30pm) is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or Certificate III in Children’s Services (minimum 3 years’ experience).
• Working with Children Check verification number.
• Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the OOSH service.
• Lead and support a team delivering high-quality education and care to school-aged children.
• Manage before/after school and vacation care programs across 35 hours per week.
• Be available for most vacation care shifts (6:30am–6:30pm, Mon–Fri).
