St Nicholas Diocese Of Maitland-Newcastle is seeking an OOSH Nominated Supervisor / Educational Leader to oversee operations and guide a team delivering high-quality education and care for school-aged children at Chisholm.

The role is permanent part-time (35 hours/week) with shifts across before/after school and vacation care; flexibility for split or block shifts is included. This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a well-established service.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability in administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff development and training.
• Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation.
• Knowledge of CCS requirements and ability to use software for compliance.
• Willing to assume the role of Nominated Supervisor under the relevant legislation.
• Ability to support the My Time Our Place Framework with the centre curriculum.
• Experience managing a budget for an Early Education or OOSH Centre.
