Job summary

St Nicholas Early Education is seeking an OOSH Nominated Supervisor / Educational Leader for Chisholm. The role supports high‑quality education and care for school‑aged children in a permanent part‑time arrangement across before/after school and vacation care programs.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to curriculum development and family engagement while balancing a healthy work‑life arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative procedures and records handling.
• Knowledge of curriculum development for school‑aged children (5–12).
• Ability to liaise with parents and the community and support staff development.
• Familiarity with WHS legislation and child safety compliance.
• Understanding CCS (childcare subsidy) requirements and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OOSH operations as Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader.
• Lead and support a team delivering education and care to school‑aged children.
• Ensure compliance with NSW Child Safe Standards and relevant regulations.
• Manage program delivery across before/after school and vacation care.
