Job summary

St Nicholas OOSH is seeking an energetic OOSH Nominated Supervisor / Educational Leader for Chisholm. The role oversees operations, guides a high-quality education program, and supports a dedicated team across before/after school and vacation care for ages 5–12.

This permanent part-time position offers flexible shifts (approx. 35 hours/week) with potential block/split shifts, and includes extensive training, benefits, and parental leave options. Applicants will lead with care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative procedures and budget awareness.
• Knowledge of CCS childcare subsidy system and compliance software.
• Willingness to assume Nominated Supervisor role under relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and lead a care team.
• Guide curriculum and ensure high-quality education for school-aged children.
• Support family, community liaison, and staff training.
• Manage budgets for an Early Education or OOSH centre.
