Job summary

The After School Klub is seeking a Deputy Service Leader for the Padstow North Public School site to lead a team of Educators in an after-school program. This part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week with split shifts in mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday, focusing on safe, inclusive care outside school hours.

Applicants should have experience in OOSH or childcare, hold a Certificate III in a related field, WWCC and First Aid, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities

Qualifications

• Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus).
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within the region.
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties.
• Creating a fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.
