Job summary

QuickCare is partnering with a well-established Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) service in Campbelltown to appoint a capable Second in Charge (2IC). This part-time role covers Monday to Wednesday afternoon sessions (9.5 hours per week) with potential for growth and additional hours during Vacation Care.

You will support the Coordinator, mentor educators on the floor, and step in when the Coordinator is away, leading a safe, engaging program aligned with the National Quality Framework and the My

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in OOSH or children’s services.
• ACECQA-approved qualification, or currently pursuing.
• NSW Working With Children Check (paid).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for supporting children’s wellbeing, play and development.

QuickCare is partnering with a well-established OOSH service in Campbelltown to find an experienced and passionate Second in Charge (2IC). If you’re ready to step into a leadership role and help create fun, safe and engaging afternoons for children, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

This position is for Monday to Wednesday afternoon sessions (9.5 hours per week), with plenty of room to grow. Additional hours are available during Vacation Care, and for the right candidate there’s also the opportunity to take on Educational Leader responsibilities to build your experience. What we’re looking for

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in OOSH or children’s services (highly regarded)
• An ACECQA-approved qualification, or currently working towards one
