Bravus is seeking a Superintendent - Site Services to lead workforce logistics at Carmichael Mine. You will ensure flights, accommodation and airfield operations for site personnel are safe, efficient and cost-effective, based onsite at Carmichael Coal Mine and reporting to the Manager Safety, Training and Administration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Management or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end workforce logistics, including flights, accommodation and airfield operations.
• Forecast flight requirements with site departments and rostering teams; optimise seat usage.
• Collaborate with accommodation and camp management to improve room use and service standards.
• Be the main contact for logistics and accommodation contract partners; manage relationships.
• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and approve payment claims and contract queries.
• Coach contract supervisors and frontline leaders to succeed in the Carmichael environment; drive lean improvements.
• Lead safe work practices and foster a strong safety culture.
