Bravus Mining and Resources is seeking a Superintendent – Integrated Planning to lead the team responsible for daily, weekly and 3-month mine plans. You will ensure plans align with SRF/Budget and the 5 Year Plan while collaborating with the Principal Integrated Planning to understand longer-term impacts.

The role manages Senior Mining Engineers, Mining Engineers and Graduates, and coordinates with the blasting contractor to deliver practical, executable plans and safe operations at Carmichael

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or a related discipline with strong coal mine planning and operation experience.
• Proven experience delivering short- and medium-term mine plans that align with budget/SRF and longer-term plans.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of daily, weekly and 3-month mine plans and schedules.
• Ensure short-term plans remain aligned to SRF/Budget and 5 Year Plan with focus on production outcomes.
• Collaborate with Principal Integrated Planning to understand longer-term implications of short-term decisions.
• Maintain alignment between short-term execution, Budget/SRF delivery and longer-term strategy.
• Develop and support Senior Mining Engineers, Mining Engineers and Graduates.
• Provide leadership to Drill and Blast Engineers from the contractor.
• Coordinate with Mine Operations for handover and practical planning.
• Monitor plan compliance, identify risks and coordinate responses.
• Ensure drill and blast planning integrates with mine sequencing and production needs.
