Bravus Group is seeking a Superintendent – Integrated Planning to lead the team delivering daily, weekly and 3-month mine plans at Carmichael Mine. You’ll ensure plans align with SRF/Budget and long-term strategy, guiding engineers and blast specialists and coordinating with operations for seamless handovers.

Based on site in Queensland, the role requires strong leadership, planning and budgeting skills, with a focus on safety and risk management in open-cut coal operations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mining preferred) or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering short and medium-term mine plans.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation understanding.
• Proficient in SPRY, Vulcan and/or Deswik.
• Demonstrated leadership to develop engineers and teams.
• Stakeholder management across Mine Operations and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily, weekly and 3-month mine plans and schedules.
• Ensure plans align to SRF/Budget and 5 Year Plan.
• Collaborate with Principal Integrated Planning on long-term impacts.
• Maintain alignment between short-term execution and mine strategy.
• Develop and support Senior Mining Engineers, Mining Engineers and Graduates.
• Provide leadership to Drill and Blast Engineers from contractor.
• Coordinate handover into Mine Operations and monitor plan compliance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate planning responses.
• Integrate drill and blast planning with sequencing and production.
