Downer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Logan Water team, delivering water and wastewater construction projects across the region. You’ll own your sites, coordinating people, plant and materials while working with Project Managers and Engineers to turn plans into reality.

Formación

• Extensive supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Water sector experience is highly regarded.
• Strong planning and delivery of construction works.
• Proven capability in managing subcontractors and site crews.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day construction activities across your projects.
• Lead work crews and manage subcontractors onsite.
• Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials.
• Keep works moving against programme while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay ahead of site issues and work with Engineers and Project Managers to find practical solutions.
• Set the standard for safety, environment and risk management onsite.
• Build strong relationships with crews, contractors and project stakeholders.
