Job summary

Downer Group in Logan, QLD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver water and wastewater construction projects across the region. You’ll own your sites, coordinating people, plant and materials while working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to turn the plan into reality.

This permanent, full-time role offers autonomy, a strong project pipeline in the Logan region, and Downer benefits.

Qualifications

Extensive supervisory experience within civil construction.
Water sector experience is highly regarded.
Strong experience planning, setting up and delivering construction works.
Proven capability managing subcontractors and site-based crews.
Sound knowledge of safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of day-to-day construction activities across your projects.
Lead work crews and manage subcontractors onsite.
Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials.
Keep works moving against programme while maintaining quality standards.
Stay ahead of site issues and work with Engineers and Project Managers to find practical solutions.
Set the standard for safety, environment and risk management onsite.
Build strong relationships with crews, contractors and project stakeholders.
