Downer Group in Logan, QLD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver water and wastewater construction projects across the region. You’ll own your sites, coordinating people, plant and materials while working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to turn the plan into reality.

This permanent, full-time role offers autonomy, a strong project pipeline in the Logan region, and Downer benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive supervisory experience within civil construction.
• Water sector experience is highly regarded.
• Strong experience planning, setting up and delivering construction works.
• Proven capability managing subcontractors and site-based crews.
• Sound knowledge of safety, environmental and quality requirements.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Logan Water team, delivering water and wastewater construction projects across the region.

You'll have real ownership of your sites, coordinating people, plant and materials while working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to turn the plan into reality.

There's variety, plenty happening and a long-term program of work ahead. If you enjoy being trusted to run your site rather than having someone looking over your shoulder, this role will suit you.
