Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil in Logan to lead crews delivering water infrastructure projects. You will guide site teams, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards, with a focus on safety and quality.

This role involves mentoring supervisors, shaping delivery methodologies, and building a high-performing culture across multiple work fronts in a long-term capital works program within Logan Water.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction projects within water and/or wastewater environments.
• Proven ability to manage supervisors, subcontractors and delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support supervisors, site teams and subcontractors across multiple civil projects.
• Drive safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach site leaders to build capability and consistency across the program.
• Contribute to construction planning, methodologies and programme development.
• Build strong relationships with Logan Water, Logan City Council and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and outcomes.
• Champion a Zero Harm culture onsite.
