Zusammenfassung

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking a Test and Assurance Manager for the Systems Engineering & T&E program. The role requires onsite attendance at the primary facility in the ACT to lead T&E planning, execution, and reporting for complex ICT and defence-related systems.

You will develop test plans, oversee TRRs, and ensure verification, validation and technical assurance, while working with project managers and engineering teams to resolve integration issues. NV1 clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) in complex systems engineering or integration environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and information systems.
• Australian citizenship with ability to work onsite in the ACT; NV1 clearance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, conduct and report on T&E activities, including risk management and safety.
• Develop and review test plans, procedures and reports ensuring verification and validation.
• Manage test activities, facilitate TRRs, analyze results and assess operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers and ICT stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
