Job summary

Essential Tasks

• Plan, coordinate, conduct and report on Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities, including test methodologies, risk management and safety requirements.
• Develop and review test plans, procedures and reports, ensuring effective verification, validation and technical assurance.
• Manage test activities, facilitate Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), analyse results and assess system operational effectiveness and suitability.
• Engage project managers, engineering teams and ICT stakeholders to resolve integration issues, improve testing processes and support the broader T&E program.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E), preferably within complex systems engineering or systems integration environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases and information systems.
• Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate technical testing activities.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to work onsite at the primary facility in the ACT. Previous ADF service or Defence T&E experience is highly desirable.
